Creating this view onto the up and coming city of Argentina, South America was important in this project. After several visits to the actual site in South America I reconstructed the crane into a viewing platform for multiple people to use at once. The first floor is just a gated area where people from the city can come and sit at street level. The second level consists of a glass box with a glass platform and wood slatting to create some  privacy and to hide the back of the book shelves inside intended to hold newspapers and books for people to read. In front of the bookcase is a spiral staircase that leads to a gated area on top with setting for a small group.
