Construction Manager - Senior Architect [Temporary]

· Architect responsible for supervision and reopening of the Starbucks Store - Shopping Center 3 - Av. Paulista. Simultaneously managing the fulfillment of the schedule and the financial forecast, managing all professionals compromising the quality and the time. · Representing Starbuck at the Mall, managing construction in shell and the corporate cross over with the Administration, facilities, joinery, visual merchandising and checklist.

· Coordination of projects, managing all the complementary projects.
