PennDesign/OLIN, Philadelphia + New York, Designer & Researcher
Aided in design, research, and visualization for PennDesign/OLIN’s Rebuld by Design proposal for Hunts Point, Bronx. My work has focused on integrated waterfront flood protection, the integration of food distribution infrastructure with public space and pedestrian access, and the costs and benefits of using Hunts Point as an emergency supply chain hub. In addition, I have researched techniques for procurement that can have a positive impact on local job growth and how those techniques affect specific design elements.
Chris Marcinkoski, Philadelphia, PA, US, Research Associate & Data Analyst
Researched a broad history of speculative development as well as the policy, zoning, and land use planning that currently underwrites development in Madrid, Spain. My work has been for Christopher Marcinkoski’s forthcoming novel The City That Never Was.
