Quinta de Cima de Oliveira

Quinta de Cima de Oliveira is a property composed mainly of a nobleman's house with a chapel and farmland in Oliveira de Santa Maria, in the municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão. In its current configuration, the house was built in 1769, possibly as an extension or improvement to an existing house, and is contemporary with the chapel, which is attached to it and dates from 1768.
During the first visits to the house, after carrying out a brief inspection and considering the visible quality of all the materials, the expression of all the finishes and their serene ageing, the premises of the project were dictated, that absolutely nothing of the existing should be altered, which should be maintained, preserved.
