Wanda tapped tvsdesign for a high-end performance space and building form based on Chinese iconography--in this case, a type of shell used for centuries as a decorative element. The result is more of a poly-chromatic torus with shell-like ridges. Tvs was effectively tasked with positioning a chosen stage system and seating, building program around that, and establishing design intent for the enclosure.
