The community center and crown park tie together art and recreation in the city of
Evanston, Illinois. The center integrates a new proposal for the Evanston Art Center, and existing Robert Crown recreation facilities. The Evanston - Skokie sculpture trail is extended and pulled through the site, bisecting the building and uniting the communities art and recreation activities.
