We designed this holiday pop up shop for Bulletin in the Flatiron district of NYC. We conceived of the store as an abstracted mini-mall from the 1990's. The pop up was located in a former gourmet mustard store. We took the existing architectural elements and adopted them as the shell of an abandoned mall store. By applying a bold monochromatic treatment of the entire space we transformed the store into a bubblegum pink immersive experience. The shopping experience was designed to be one continuous photo-op moment. The store had a photo booth, a 90's CD listing gallery, a rear lounge for collaging and hanging with friends, and a gifting bar for assembling holiday gift sets on the go.
