Devonport Road: An end of terrace Victorian house in Shepherd’s Bush has been transformed into 3 no. contemporary two bedroom apartments. The entire building had fallen into a state of disrepair and therefore all but the original facade has been demolished, and a new contemporary extension added to the rear. The ground floor unit includes a set of sliding doors out onto a private courtyard garden, whilst the second floor apartment provides access to a private rooftop terrace.

The primary façade of the building has been retained to maintain the character of the street, extensive refurbishment of the windows and original Victorian details will enhance the setting of these new residences. The scheme has been designed to create generous homes whilst maintaining privacy on a constrained site.
