As part of a collaborative master plan, I designed a mixed use building that brought the performing arts to the Mission Hill Community of Boston, MA.  A portion of the building serves as a performance hall, while a majority is dedicated to the residency of artists (performing and instructors). The new building also includes a new daycare facility that replaces the old one that incorporated a small portion of the existing site. Lastly, a restaurant on the top floor, enclosed in glass, allows it's guests to have a visual connection to both bookends of the master plan.
