The design of this development, which includes workforce housing and a community center, is inspired by the historic agricultural buildings of the Sacramento Valley.

The 78 condominiums are sited around the community center, maximizing the green open space. Two previous design teams tried for approvals and failed. Hilliard Architects was the third and successful team. We achieved consensus through outreach meetings and personal one-on-one meetings with adjacent neighbors. Neighborhood support led to approvals by the Planning Commission and Davis City Council.
