One of the most prominent sites in the Bay Area, the campus aims to serve the strong  demand for high-quality lab and tech office space in one of the world’s leading life science technology clusters. SOM’s design includes a twisting series of six-story life science buildings with 2,500,000 sf of rentable space with a 1000 car above-grade parking structure. Encompassing two parcels along the west side of Highway 101 in South San Francisco, the project is being developed in two phases: Phase 1 includes Infinite 101 at approximately—9.2 acres with 746,000 sf  of Life Science space. Infinite 131, at approximately 17.6 acres, serves as Phases 2 & 3 of the project. The project will focus on world class amenities and include a stand-alone amenity pavilion.
