Partial renovation of an existing, recently renovated 7-story townhouse on West 15th Street. Work included: structural work to remove columns that interfered with open living spaces and the stairwell, new metal stair railing and structural reinforcement of the stringer to replace a non-code compliant and unsafe wooden handrail, all new HVAC systems, new waterproofing and paver systems at both the roof terraces and ground level yards to address leakage and aesthetic upgrades to trim, millwork and interiors throughout.
