House design

Architectural design for villa located in Caserta, Italy. Simplicity of volume, soft colors and combination of traditional and contemporary materials fits perfect into picturesque southern Italy scenery.

The house has around 200m2 on each floor and outside terrace that can be used in both summer and winter days. The entrance to the house is on north side, next to the property entrance and parking spot. As you enter into the house, there are gym with sauna, bathroom and study room. On the south side of the house there is a spacious, airy space for a living and dining room. This space is opened towards swimming pool and olive trees through big glass panels. Kitchen is big with all necessary equipment. From the dining room you can enter terrace covered with wooden pergolas and ivy. There is a barbeque on the terrace and table for eating. During the winter this terrace can be closed by harmonica glass panels and awning so you can still use it, light fire and make cozy atmosphere looking into the snow.

On the south part of the property there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, lounge, relaxing corners. By interior opened stairs in the living room you go up to the 2nd floor where I designed 4 big bedrooms. Each of them has its own bathroom with bathtub or jacuzzi and walk in closets. There is enough space for king size bed, make up tables or working corner and also corner for TV set.

Used materials are white plaster, stone tiles, Trespa Meteon and Equitone panels in bright colors with dark grey as a contrast to get the right proportions for the house. I used materials that are environmentally friendly.
