Work directly with the restaurant owner and the contractor on all design phases for a new restaurant in Northeast Philadelphia. The design consisted of a 100 seat restaurant and an outdoor dining lounge with a glass-enclosed pavilion. Also, responsible for coordination with outside consultants, performing on-site construction observation and managed personnel.
