Tropico Station is a $225,000 LA Metro-funded planning study to promote transit-oriented development surrounding the Glendale Metrolink/Amtrak station through new zoning regulations, design guidelines, and public infrastructure improvements. Awarded through a competitive grant program, this project will begin in October 2012.
