Space 134 is urban economic development strategy to create an economically viable space that will cultivate neighborhoods, add to the quality of life for residents and visitors, and reduce vehicle miles traveled.

Site: 134 Freeway from Pacific Avenue to Glendale Avenue (approximately). This area of Downtown Glendale is dominated by large, high-rise office and condo towers. The 134 Freeway is a physical divider / barrier between north Glendale and south Glendale.
