The intent of the project is to construct a sustainable development in accordance with the city of Hayward.The project aims to propose a zoning amendment to comply with general plan land use density. The project proposed a full demolition of all existing structures and a planned development of 8 new town-home condominium units to comply with required codes and regulations.
