MRC Global is a commercial building comprising of offices and warehouse space. This design features a lofted open environment, an exterior facade consisting of glass mullions and metal, and storage allowing for shipping and handling industrial goods. Furniture placement and natural sunlight encourages collaboration and efficiency.
Upon entering the building, one can see the lofted space on their right and left side. In addition, the 1st level includes 8 private office spaces, and 463 SF conference room. The level below includes 40 work stations with a kitchen and break room.
