Novo Bairro Residencial do Porto consists of a residential development located in the heart of Rio de Janeiro. Based on principles of innovative sustainability, functional diversity, and design sophistication, the project will offer to a refreshing way to compose new neighborhoods. The mixed-use residential development consists of 4 sites occupied by 17 residential towers, connected in rhythm by horizontal podiums of street-level shops with office, community and institutional premises above, and basement parking.  It totals 396,283 m2 of construction above ground and 144,102 m2 of parking underground. The 3,790 apartments (1, 2, and 3 bedrooms units) all share high-quality amenities, reception and clubhouse spaces, gym, sport, and meeting facilities, outdoor gardens, sundecks and infinity pools overlooking the waters of Guanabara Bay.
