This mixed-use development located on the city’s most vibrant road comprises of a five-storey shopping centre with multiplex cinema, restaurants and food outlets sided by combined offices and a 120-room hotel. The front drop-off leads to lower retail floors whilst a side entrance serves hotel and office arrivals and provides access to parking levels set into the steep down slope of the site.
