Rose is a design leader and experience designer who has been integral to leadership teams within multiple industries and sectors including: social sciences, life sciences, civic, cultural, hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential design. Over the course of her career, Ms. Rose has developed processes and methodologies for cross-functional teams that have included: graphic design and presentation work, interior design and color strategy, and architectural design + space programming for institutional clients.

Her projects have increased revenue for client organizations by identifying opportunities to improve usage of and response to new and existing spaces and programs. She has utilized her knowledge of color psychology as well as analytical and process-driven strategies to affect behavioral organization for desired responses and outcomes.

As Director of Interiors for Rafael Viñoly Architects, she designed the interior spaces for the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The building, which opened in 2006, houses the largest ballroom in Northeast America. It is a uniquely unprecedented design that: anchors the Boston Seaport District, generates significant revenue for the city of Boston, and catalyzes local development. Gillian C.
