Worked with a team of project managers who are responsible for the day to day management of new store projects as well as renovation projects for RL Wholesale. Overseen/supported/Maintained project schedules for multiple projects at the same time. Produceed schematic design and design development packages for new wholesale stores and renovations.

Initial design consultation, survey and analysis of the current environment. Schematic Design: created presentations consisiting of design concepts, renderings and finishes options. Construction Administration: reviewed shop drawings, provided coordination with the appropriate consultants, conducted regular site observations, processed submittal/substitution requests and addressed RFI.

Worked alongside the principal architect on the construction phase of a competition-winning multi-unit residential project. While architect was absent (working on major projects in the Orient), conducted the regular site visits to measure compliance with time, plans and budgets. Identified problems that arose during construction phase, reported them to the architect and supervised onsite resolution.
