Construction Administration: reviewed shop drawings, provided coordination with the appropriate consultants, conducted regular site observations, processed submittal/substitution requests and addressed RFI.

Worked alongside the principal architect on the construction phase of a competition-winning multi-unit residential project. While architect was absent (working on major projects in the Orient), conducted the regular site visits to measure compliance with time, plans and budgets. Identified problems that arose during construction phase, reported them to the architect and supervised onsite resolution.
