About

Gerald has over 20 years in architecture and design, working with many award-winning architects and interior designers on projects ranging from residential and commercial to educational and religious. He has worked hard to become knowledgeable in classical theories of design, and period styles, bringing those elements into modern construction for better overall designs for his clients and employers.

Gerald is also savvy with complex zoning and land development issues; specializes in historically sensitive additions and historic tax credits; and is a champion in project oversight, ensuring quality construction and budget compliance for his clients' projects.

Gerald is passionate about leaving a legacy of quality living through sustainable design and structures for future generations.
