The goal of the project is to design a 300 sqm private house with a dependance in a peculiar site area: on the top of a hill, between the limits of the urban city and the countryside.
The building stays at a certain distance from the urban street with a filter-garden for its privacy.
Functionally, the building is strongly divided between a more closed night area (north-est) and an open space living area (south-west).
The south-west glass facade is overlooking the public park, so the house entertains a direct relationship with the landscape becoming its extension. The main house and the dependance volume are enhanced and unifided by open air common areas such as the entrance-patio, the portico-terrazza, the solarium with the pool and the big private garden.
A big and deep rectangular double hip roof, with central chimney, gives to the house a unique silhouette without been aggressive towards the landscape.
