This prestigious project provided a new 45,000sq/ft headquarters for the Economist Group - the first time the majority of the Economist Group companies are located in a single place. The flexible layout provides for each of the functional requirements of each of the Group’s different companies. It was important to retain the identity of each individual Group Company whilst maintaining the overall Economist Group identity. The project was delivered with Barclays Capital and MACE.
