The site has a challenging  trapezium shape and it is located  by  the old Athens airport site, some  150 m. away from the sea front.

The main objective was to take advantage of the unobstructed views towards the sea  and at the same time create two apartments on the façade on each level.

This was achieved by moving the building towards the street  and by  creating an elongated shape,  wide at the front,  in order to accommodate the two living rooms and narrower at the back.
