Introducing a transformative addition to Bali's commercial property landscape, the Villa complex "Olympus" offers a fresh perspective. This distinctive project seamlessly integrates its architecture into the local environment, meticulously crafted for an exclusive business community that values both prestige and harmony with nature.

The initial challenge was to design spacious villas starting from 400 square meters on a uniquely shaped, multi-level plot of land. Inspired by Bali's natural beauty—its terraced rice fields—we devised a system where each villa's roof serves as the terrace for the one above. This approach shifted our focus from individual buildings to creating a cohesive structure unified by a single grid of columns and structural elements.

Highlighting the complex is a network of tunnels and pathways leading to a central public building. A canyon traverses the grounds, offering access to this building and secluded viewpoints with breathtaking ocean vistas.

Each villa features private patio areas, swimming pools, and various amenities. Atriums with planted trees provide natural illumination, complemented by large panoramic windows overlooking the ocean. Green roofs, designed with input from landscape experts, enhance recreational space while integrating seamlessly with the surroundings.

A central feature of the complex is a large pool and a 15-meter-high waterfall, concealing steam rooms and a special diving pool. The public building enriches community life with leisure options including a restaurant, cinema, gym, and exclusive wine cellar for tastings.

Meeting logistical challenges, such as vehicle access for restaurant deliveries, required innovative solutions. An underground tunnel and car park, equipped with a lift within the cliff, ensure discreet service operations without compromising resident privacy.

Villa complex "Olympus" embodies a unique architectural vision, harmonizing aesthetics, functionality, and innovative design.
