Located in the SOMA district of San Francisco, CA, an area of young, modern affluence from the tech boom, this current office building required a conversion to 9 luxury condominium units. Using the inspiration of the pixel, a system of cubes that undulate from the ceiling over feature walls and gathering areas within the residences, while hiding audio/visual equipment and HVAC systems.
