The project is located in a new settlement in the outskirts of the city. This area is characterized by low density and single buildings in a vast open and flat surrounding. The reference to a traditional “estancia argentina” is inevitable. This is the typology of the country side estate. Based on horizontal lines this type sets a strong relation with the flat “pampa”. 
Following these statements the project was developed by a lineal plan contrasting with a vertical volume that is the tower. This last one contains all the services, the water tank and an observation balcony towards the Carcaraña river that surrounds the site.
