I might not explain my idea clearly. What blue meant to me is sad. Some recommendations are rap, some are talking about blue. These aren't what I want to hear especially those raps. Those raps looks angry. I am not angry just sad and look for some quite moment. I only listen to rap when I am driving.
Any popular songs? I want to hear encouraging songs.
Sorry, CMRHM: Hope you perk up soon. I highly recommend listening to James Taylor's Live album "One Man Band." Would also recommend just about any complete score by Hans Zimmer; personal favourites are The Lion King, Stallion: Spirit of the Cimarron (with Bryan Adams) or Road To El Dorado (with John Powell). His music just seems to move me, its very beautiful and I can't get enough of it.
Also, any of the later Weezer albums (especially their last two, Red Album and Raditude; both are extremely up-beat with lyrics that dont take themselves too seriously). For a more relaxing acoustic album, try Slackstring's self-titled CD.
Chorus:
Help is coming
Help is coming one day late
One day late
After you’ve given up and all is gone
Help is coming one day late
Help is coming one day
(Repeat)
Try to understand
You try to fix your broken hands
But remember
That there always has been good
Like stars you don’t see in the day sky
Wait ‘til night
For
(Chorus)
Life has kept me down
I’ve been growing underground
Now I’m coming up
When time opens the earth
You’ll see love has been moving all around us
Making waves
So

Nick Drake.
great call on nick drake, tagalong.
i would recommend Dreamland by Robert Plant for something to help suck you into the ARE concentration-hole.
Chris Isaak always works for me. Any song from the "forever blue"-record.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4K35PUYZJSw&feature=related for instance.
Damien Rice is good, too.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZduDvIBu3EU&feature=channel
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgqOSCgc8xc&feature=channel
Sense Field also has a bunch of wonderful "blue" songs
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s__QUKSWrK0
And in that kind of mood, more agressive music also works for me.
Blood for Blood, for instance
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdqpCVntcGs&feature=fvw
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZPsDoYsXYs
and to change passive "blueness" to action:
Catharsis.
