Wondering if anyone has seen such thing as a 'green' apartment in LA, SoCal. Not necessarily LEED but advertised as being eco-friendly. I've seen some condos/ houses done this way but not apartments. Also wondering whether the potential increased rent offsets the increased cost of changing stuff like the water heater, energy supply, materials, etc.
ok maybe places outside of LA? say Denver? curious to how these ppl dohttp://www.boutiqueapartments.com/
