Unlike Winston Smith, I am honestly looking for a simple proposal contract for a few house remodels I am working on this summer (yes there is a little work out there). I am an experienced CAD monkey who never went to school for architecture so I do not know where and how to collect this information on contracts and forms. I saw a few people replying to Winstons post prividing help.
