Autocad does not run in the mac OS. If you want to run it on your macbook you have to run it under Windows either via bootcamp or an emulator like parallels or fusion -i.e. you have to shell out for a copy of Windows (get xp, not 7 for ACAD)
If you are just looking for CAD for the mac, check out architosh for the latest reviews etc. There are some low cost solutions downloadable from apple as well.

download Autocad for a mac?
Can you download autocad onto a Macbook from the Autodesk website? It doesn't let you pick mac or PC. I have a macbook. Someone please help!
