Hello. I'm working on my thesis project that focuses on Houston. I need a cad file that shows blocks, streets, highways and footprints of downtown and ideally the area within loop 610. Does anyone have such a file or know where I could get one?.. which office to contact etc.. Any help or leads are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Do you have an FTP site? There was a Houston GIS directory floating around studio last semester, it was quite large (+800mb).
I don't. I was hoping to use yousendit or something similar that can handle large formats.
