I am a complete newbie. I saw mitre box saw that only has 45 and 90 degree cut (X-Acto). I need 60 degree...am I able to do the cut on those 45 nd 90 mitre box? SOmeone please help!!! it's kinda urgent.
if it doesn't have to be exact you could put two pieces of wood in there to angle the piece you need to cut. get a protractor to eyeball the 60 degree angle as you set it up.
in other words, pretend you're making a 90 degree cut but rotate it to 60 degrees, then jamb some extra pieces in there to hold it steady while you make the cut. hard to explain it - does that make any sense at all? let's have a beer summit and talk about it ..
