Does double majoring help me to get into AA?

Dear all,

I am currently a first-year BArch student at UTA, and my goal is to transfer to AA in London in my third year. Since AA is a difficult school to get in, I'm planing distinguish myself among all the other applicants by adding a business major/Engineering major next semester. I think a diverse education background (double majoring) might catch AA's eyes. But I am still debating whether or not I should focus solely on architecture major so I can develop the best portfolio I can in the next year in order to transfer to AA. What's everybody's opinion on this?

ADDING BUSINESS MAJOR:

-great back up double degree plan in case I can't get into AA

-won't have as much time just focus on developing a portfolio for AA

-UT has a top business program

ADDING ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEERING MAJOR:

-I'm very good at math , and physics

-great back up double degree plan in case I can't get into AA

-won't have as much time just focus on developing a portfolio for AA

NOT ADDING A MAJOR:

-can focus on developing a great AA portoflio

-but if I don't get into AA, a single major CANNOT distinguish me in terms of job outlook
