I have a massive collection of photos, articles, technical discussions, firm profiles etc. Does anyone know of a good program, preferably for Macs, to organize and search through them?
Doesn't Adobe have a graphics/library manager? Although that wouldn't necessarily help with images. Not sure if it is for images only or also pdfs etc?
The ability to sync with the cloud is great although a downside when used with iOS or Android is that you need to have internet connectivity. I don't think there is a way to cache certain notes to your phone.

I use Evernote, works on PC, Mac, iOS, etc.
Another vote for Evernote.
