alright, i'm not going to act like i know what im talking about. but i'm interested in tracing/stretching white fabric over a high brown ceiling to trap/reflect light. anyone have seen projects/installations related to what i am trying to describe. please drop a line. thanks
check out the ceiling details from the Cy Twombly gallery in Houston, by R. Piano, which uses a fairly nice scrim ceiling, letting the light through. www.menil.org/twombly.html
also, check on another material - Barrisol, which is a plastic, stretch material used for ceilings (and walls). it can be translucent and be lit from behind to give a luminous lighting to a space. www.barrisol.com/english/index.html

What kind of ventilation system are you using? White fabric can get pretty dirty, hard to clean?...
