YouSendIt is not bad.
install KDX or something similar... You install a server and hand out accounts so peeps can up and download.
Is the file seaworthy?
or Hotline file sharing. Same as KDX only KDX is encrypted I believe.

pay for your own ftp site...that is if you have a server and running costs. But it well worth it if you do -
