look on ebay. you'll get a licensed version cheaper on there. I sold a licensed copy on ebay for about $2500. they list revit at about $5,000 but if you call a rep I am sure you can get it cheaper, especially if you are currently using an older version of autocad or something similar made by autodesk.

well it took me a while to figure out what my old student email address and assword was but i finally got ...and the website is awsome...i havent downloaded yet...i have to wait till i get home.

DifficultFix - have you tried to switch between the student version of revit and the actual real version...if so which ways have you done it? from student to real - real to student - both? wassup?

ISO will give you the real one..... (no student from there)

So I havent try switching thru them.....

But as long as its the same relase number you should be fine....

Once you open it on the real one it should no longer show you the student version marks on your plots......

(revit question) does anyone know how to load all families and templetes at the same time and keep them loaded for every project????
-i can only load each family individually and each time i start an new project, the families that i loaded become unloaded again.

sounds like your families are of two different versions and they are being updated on load...there is a little app that will make v8 families v9 familiies...it is on the autodesk website somewhere.

If that is not your issue, then you might want to check the preferences and make sure that your correct library folder is being pointed to.
