When I plot my drawing either to a PDF or paper plotter, dark dots are showing up in some of my hatches. This is also happening with a glass fixing hardware detail that I downloaded from a manufacturers website. It is as if I went all around my drawing hundreds of times with my darkest pen tab and made very small lines. Has this happened to anyone? How did you resolve it?
without knowing more, it sounds like a lineweight issue. are you using a ctb file or similar to control your lineweights? i'd try changing the layer or color of the problem hatch...
hmmm, doesn't necessarily sound related but we've had trouble with some symbols and tags that have "wipeouts" in them. They print black when pdf'ed. Maybe try exploding them and see if anything mysterious is in there?
