PA Award for cool rainwater "belly" roof?

back maybe five years ago there was a project that had a sculptural roof cistern that sunk into the building of a small scale project... anyone who can point me to it?

I think it was in the 2000 awards, published 4-2000. d+s on the cover? Bill Massie was also in the issue...

no, silverlake, it was eskew filson in the 80s.

then it was eskew+.

now it's eskew+dumez+ripple.
