i remember reading about that 'roadrunner' door - they claim that it was 'energy efficient' because the opening was only as large as the user.. lol.. and that it could be used as a 'security device'.. bahaha.
i think that door (or one very much like it) was in blaine brownell's transmaterial email newsletter once. maybe you can find info about it on his site.
I understand this is a marketing video, however what about the space? What about the interior? I feel left out by only getting a taste of the building I want the whole thing!!!!

i think you're talking about the museum plaza video. there isn't any real spatial development in the video, but there are models that oma/rex made. they're on display here in louisville.
not much that you wouldn't expect: rem-space. interior development of the 'plaza', the piece supported in the middle of the towers, reminds me of iit student center.
just south of the museum plaza site, 609 west main street. there's a gallery set up by the developing partnership with all of the original study models, final model, spatial model, and lots of propoganda.
