I am currently in the interview process with an Architectural Design firm with the above job description and cannot find any good salary information to base my salary expetation response.
I have industry experience and have over 10 years of administrative experience, also with financial matters.
The firm has around 50 employees and I report to the Principal.
What range am I in?
Where is a good place to find salary information for such a skewed job title/position?
The AIA annual report from 2005, for a human resources manager in a firm size as you indicate, but no particulars concerning experience, nationwide average, shows a salary of $39,300-$69,800. A bookeeper is 38,800-52,200.
HELP!!!! - Finance/HR/Administration--Manager--Salary????

And if you are good at what you do. Worth every penny. $48-$55K sounds right.
