Ximena.t

I was accepted to Pratt and UIC  for a Post-Professional Master Degree in Architecture. I don´t know which is better. What do you advise me?

UIC Champagne or Chicago? They're very different schools. Matt keeps a pretty good tab on graduate UIC Chicago projects on this blog.  http://www.freshmeatjournal.org/ offers a peak at the student experience. Definitely check both of these out, if you haven't yet, before making up your mind.

This blog is not in English. Can you post the link to an English version if available?

I got an scholarship in both, so the cost is not a problem. I think that living in NY is more expensive; however I think there is not much difference in cost.

I've been admitted to the same courses, Pratt _ MS Post Professional, with scholarship; and M.Arch University of Illinois at Urbana Champagne. I'm deciding on them but I've got a lot of advice of choosing Pratt because of New York. It helps in networking and the city has a lot of opportunities in terms of internships and job opportunities. Let me know what you decide. :)

this thread is six years old. six. now is as good a time as any to start developing an eye for detail; maybe start by looking at the most basic pieces of relevant information
