Is there any list of architecture firms ranked in terms of qualitify job offer, high salary, additional benefits?
do you know any presitigious companies?
Which company used to be your dream workplace from which you wanted a job?
As far as my 2 cents, Gensler is really the industry leader as far as corporate firms go that treat their employees great, really care about their growth and development within and outside the firm, offer fantastic pay with extraordinary benefits, and are the most profitable firm in the country, and one of the largest (if not the largest) design firm.
Want 2 gauranteed bonuses a year worth about 8-12 weeks of pay? Want an employee share plan that will earn you almost 200k in 7 years? I'd say those are pretty good benefits.
The work though is based on the office location you are at. They do everything exept housing (but are starting to move in that direction).
