I know this topic will die quickly because it's so specific, but here goes: I'm working on a condo in Deerfield Beach and need a carpenter who can do a tiny tiny job in the next two weeks. It's two little walls and a bulkhead: metal studs, no demo, no permits, no finish work at all - just the framing. A day of work at the most, probably just a few hours. My partner and one of our regular contractors will be going down in two weeks to do finishes, we thought we could save some time by having the studs in before we arrive.
