Academic Advice - 2nd year BA

Hey all,

I've been reading this forum for ages and I've taken a lot of valuable advice from it, but, I think something more specific would help. I am currently a 2nd year Geography major at the University of Victoria, I have wanted to do architecture since I was ten but I was hesitant at the idea of b.arch. I originally came to UVic as a Visual Arts major, which I did for a year before switching. The current Geography degree I'm doing offers an Urban studies/planning stream which I'm really interested in doing. My problem is the constant doubts I get as to whether my current direction is going to viable for M.Arch in a few years. I've been thinking of doing a minor in environmental studies as I'm really interested in sustainable design, but I'm wondering if it would be better to take more studio sculpture/photo/drawing and art history courses instead. I have a decent portfolio of random drawings/paintings as it is and I'm in the process of building a cardboard chair that I designed as well.

To make a long story short, am I on the right path? I enjoy what I'm doing but will my balking at a BFA or b.arch come to bite me in the ass?

Thanks
