i am trying to use the spacing tool in max to create copies of an object along a spline... is there any way i can use the tool but have the object rotate randomly as it is copied along the spline? any help, much appreciated.
hmm, i think i would use the scatter tool (search for 'scatter" in help - but then you need a mesh instead of a spline - (just extrude the spline a little bit)
